In stock items will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days after purchase. Pre Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after arrival to Hawthorn and Honeygold from the supplier. Items purchased from any promotion or sale are subject to an additional 1-2 business days processing time due to increased sale volume. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States of America.

 

Free Standard Shipping

We apply Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 before tax.

 

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes can take up to 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Priority shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

 

Please keep in mind that once your package leaves Hawthorn and Honeygold, we no longer have control of your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. Should you believe your package to be lost or stolen, you may submit a claim online for a missing package through the shipping provider.
